01Who we are
VISION 61 and the Ahead Army are programmes run by AHEA.ED | Inspired Living, operating in India and in the UAE through Ahead Inspired Living FZ-LLC (together, “Ahea.Ed”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you visit this website, take the Readiness Check, book a call or join a programme.
02Information we collect
- Details you give us: your name, WhatsApp number, email address and your answers to the Readiness Check.
- Booking details: the date and time of the call you book.
- Programme information: check-ins, attendance, points and leaderboard activity once you join.
- Technical information: device and browser type, pages visited, and the link or campaign that brought you here (for example UTM tags or a creator referral code).
If you choose to share health or lifestyle details (such as goals, routines or conditions), we use them only to guide your coaching.
03How we use your information
- To review your Readiness Check and contact you about your call.
- To deliver the programme: group sessions, your Battle Buddy, check-ins, the leaderboard and rewards.
- To send reminders and updates on WhatsApp, email or phone, if you agreed to this.
- To credit the creator or partner who referred you.
- To improve our website, programmes and advertising.
04Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well without them.
05Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Our coaches and team members who deliver your programme.
- Service providers who help us run the business, such as form, spreadsheet, calendar, messaging and payment tools. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
On the leaderboard, other members may see your first name and points.
06Storage and security
We store your information with trusted cloud providers and limit access to the team members who need it. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.
07Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you messages. Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message, or email info@aheadinspiredliving.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
08Children
Our programmes are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
09Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
