01About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to VISION 61 and the Ahead Army programmes run by AHEA.ED | Inspired Living and Ahead Inspired Living FZ-LLC (“Ahea.Ed”). By filling in a form, booking a call or joining a programme, you agree to these terms.
02The programme
VISION 61 is a 90-day accountability programme. It may include live group training sessions, nutrition sessions, a Battle Buddy, daily check-ins, a points leaderboard, medals and monthly challenges. The exact schedule, slots and inclusions are explained on your onboarding call and may change slightly over time.
03Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to join. Please speak to your doctor before starting any new exercise or nutrition plan, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or managing a health condition.
04Not medical advice
Our coaching supports healthy habits. It is not a replacement for medical diagnosis, treatment or advice. You take part at your own risk and should stop and seek medical help if you feel unwell.
05Fees and payment
Programme fees and payment options are shared with you on your call before you join. Fees are due as agreed at enrolment. If a payment instalment is missed, we may pause your access until it is paid.
06Cancellations and refunds
VISION 61 is a health and wellness programme. From the moment you enrol, we reserve your place in the live sessions and your squad, and our coaches begin planning your training, nutrition and accountability around you.
For this reason, all fees are final. Once paid, enrolments cannot be cancelled and fees are not refundable, whether in full or in part, including if you stop attending, miss sessions or leave the programme early.
Please use your call with our coach to ask every question and be sure the programme is right for you before you pay. If something serious, such as a medical emergency, stops you from continuing, write to us and we will look at whether we can pause your place. Any pause is at our discretion and is not a refund.
07Rewards and leaderboard
Points are awarded for the actions shown on the leaderboard. Each month, the top 2 members may win a month of 1:1 mentorship. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash. We may adjust points or remove a member from the leaderboard for unfair play.
08Community conduct
Respect your coaches, your Battle Buddy and every member. Harassment, sharing other members’ details or content, or abusive behaviour may lead to removal from the programme without a refund.
09Results
Testimonials on this site are real and shared with permission. They are not typical or guaranteed results. Your results depend on your consistency, health and circumstances.
10Intellectual property
All programme content, including workouts, plans, videos, documents and the “Ahead Army” and “VISION 61” names, belongs to Ahea.Ed. It is for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied or resold.
11Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Ahea.Ed is not responsible for indirect losses or for injuries arising from activities you carry out against our guidance. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the programme.
12Governing law
